大家伙都是开卡车的，与车子打交道也不是一天两天的，有的卡友可能都是几十年的老司机了，说到自己开的卡车，不管是保养、维修，估计都跟专家差不多了，什么都知道。但是你们知道卡车是怎么造出来的吗？咱们车子里最重要的发动机是怎么造出来的吗？估计知道的还是比较少的，我原先也是这样，只了解我的车，最近我真实地参观了江淮轻卡制造车间，看到了我的帅铃的组装过程。
去年年底，我参加江淮举办的最美卡哥活动，之前就是奔着微信红包去的，这年头活动太多了，可是真正能拿奖的有几个？不过没成想还真得奖了，徽州游大奖，全家都挺高兴的。前两天，江淮组织我们到合肥，让我们参观江淮工厂和去黄山玩，两天时间，行程还是挺紧凑的，江淮这边安排的很完善，我们基本没费什么事情，跟着走就行。去了美丽的黄山，吃了好吃的徽菜，挺满足的，最主要的是我参观了江淮工厂，了解了他们最新的研发技术，看到了我的帅铃是怎么生产出来的，倒是很惊喜。下面，我就领着大家伙看看江淮车是怎么造出来的！

这是我们这次徽州游的团队大合照啊，先是参观了江淮锐捷特发动机工厂，锐捷特是江淮自主研发的高端发动机，在帅铃、骏铃上都有使用。

发动机生产线的机械化制造程度很高，全都是流水线作业。

这是陪同的工作人员，给我们讲解发动机的制造和检验的过程，不然，光靠我们瞎看，还真看不懂。

江淮最新推出的锐捷特2.7CTI国五柴油发动机就是在这儿生产出来的，这款发动机最大功率115kW，最大扭矩355Nm，而且还省油，身边有朋友用的帅铃车配备的就是这发动机，据说加速有推背感，超车优势比较明显。

结束发动机厂的参观，我们紧接着来到江淮帅铃的生产线，这边是帅铃的总装车间。

轻卡的总装线是把大梁、车桥、动力总成、车身、内饰等各个部分组装到一起，组成一台完整的车。江淮的工作服都是红色的，从昨天来合肥开始，就看到很多穿着这样工作服的人……

讲解员说，在总装线的几个关键岗位会安装控制系统部件，用来提醒装配工人当前是什么车型什么型号需要装配什么件。

工人们按照步骤组装，一条线下来，整车就组装完成了，看，新车出炉了……
据说这条帅铃总装线一年能装5万台车，各个车型都有，包括宽体中体窄体，轴距长短也一应覆盖！

新车出来后，工作人员要挨个进行检查和调试。

这是辆帅铃新能源车，价格比较高，是新技术，跟咱们开的普通轻卡是不一样。

这一排车都是要出口的，出口俄罗斯，质量也是刚刚的，看着这驾驶室，舒适性挺高的。

这款车外型也好看，我自己的帅铃外型也不错。

再来说说我自己，我是山西人，做煤机配件与电厂配件运输的，做货运已经二十多年了。09年，我手头攒了点钱，就想买一辆自己的卡车，研究很久，加上身边人推荐，我选择了江淮，第一次买江淮还出了点小事故，因为没有现车，我们当地的经销商说需要加钱预定，我一听就不愿意了，直接反馈给我们汽配城的江淮店，后来他们经理给我解决了，不仅没加钱，很快让我把车子开回家。第一辆买的是江淮骏铃，这台车一直开到现在都是好的，现在还在跑工地。
2015年，我又买了一台帅铃，这款车最高能跑到160码，各项配置什么的我都挺满意的。我这辆车还是挺省油的，百公里一般耗油12-13L左右。里面的配置也比较高档，那个定速巡航功能很好用，一般装货不多的时候，上了高速后，我就定个100码左右往前开，这样长途开起来真的不那么累。车子平时小毛病也少，总体来说我的帅铃很不错，在生意上帮了我很多忙。

还有啊，老铁们，第二季最美卡哥活动也开始了，今年我又参加了，希望还能得个奖，徽州游参加过了，今年争取得个欧洲游的奖……

只是看图片不过瘾，如果下次我也能去参观就好了。
